Question: Are love spells for real? Or is this just a hoax?
Answer: We believe they are real, they have worked for us, our clients and many others around the world. We provide real services and are not a hoax.
Question: What will I get / happen when I purchase a spell casting from you?
Answer: When you purchase a spell casting from us, we are the ones that actually cast your spell (usually within 24 to 48 hours after purchase), you do not have to do anything else (unless you desire to. Some clients purchase a love spell kit so they can add their "own energies" to the spell in combination with our spell casting. This is not necessary but certainly an option).
You will also receive by email:
(1) An immediate order receipt by email.
(2) A confirmation request of your email address (to make sure we have the correct email to contact you).
(3) Once your email has been confirmed, you will receive an email within 24 hours of your spell casting details.
(4) When your spell is cast, you will receive a confirmation email that it was cast.
All information regarding your spell is conducted by email only.
If you don't hear from us, then please check your spam/bulk mail folder and move our email to your "INBOX". Or, if its' still not there it is possible we don't have your correct email address. Use the "Contact" form on our site located at http://www.lovespells4u.com/contact.html and indicated that you are requesting information about your spell. (For faster service, include your purchase date, full name you used to purchase, and what service you requested).
* SPECIAL NOTICE TO FREE EMAIL ACCOUNT HOLDERS: We have noticed that free email account companies such as Yahoo, Hotmail, Excite, Mail, etc... have implemented such aggressive measures to protect you from spam that they block valid emails from our company (the problem is in the automated "order receipt" you get from us - it is generated by our credit card processing company and sometimes treated as though it were bulk mail).
There is nothing we can do from our end. You need to have a receipt of your purchase and it is automatically generated from our credit card company.
Trust us, we won't "spam" you or send any type of mailing other than that related to your service and our website. This is why we send you a second email to "re-confirm" your email address (and make sure you are getting our emails).
YOU MUST RESPOND TO THE "CONFIRMATION EMAIL"! If you don't then we cannot contact you.
Love Spell Kits
We offer love spell kits for you to use on your own or combined with a spell casting (from us or anyone else). The kits contain everything you need (instructions, incense, roots, crystals, etc...) to cast the spell per your desired goal.

Psychic Readings
Question: What will I get when I order a psychic reading?
Answer: Within 48 hours we will email you the responses of your questions (which you provide at the time of purchase). Please note our information about our Store Hours. If we get your order when we are closed, we will process it the "next business day" that we are open. [Note: All psychic readings are sent by email only.]
Question: Can I ask for "clarifications" on my reading if I don't understand something?
Answer: Yes but within reason! We try to give you an in-depth reading and answer your questions with a "yes or no" if that's what you want. (Please don't use it as an excuse to ask brand new questions!! )

We do not collect information when you visit this site through cookies or by other means. However, we may ask you to join a newsletter to receive free information from time to time. Or, if you make a purchase, we may collect personal information which you submit to us by a form.
Please understand that we value your trust and confidence in us and we never share, reveal, sell or rent your information. Any personal information you provide us for a spell casting or psychic reading is kept in strictest confidentiality and is only used by the psychic to provide the service you desire. Therefore:

Store Hours
You may place your orders 24 hours a day, 356 days a year. While we provide below the days we are closed, Lara Marie - the sites' founder has been known to check email when she is sick! (But we must post official closed hours - so that you know). Understand that if you place an order or send us an email when we are closed, you may not get a response until the next day when we are open. (Again, Lara has a bad habit of never taking vacations - but the rest of the staff does - so don't be surprised if Lara answers!)
We are open Monday through Saturday 9:00 AM to 7:00 00 PM PST. We are closed on the following days:
Sundays - CLOSED
Independence Day - July 4, every year.
Staff Vacation - August 14 - August 19, every year.
Thanksgiving Day - every year
Christmas Eve/Day - December 24 & December 25, every year
New Years Eve/Day - December 31 & December 31, every year
Shipping & Returns
Shipping - Most of the services sold on this site are delivered by email only. The only products shipped are the love spell kits. You will receive by email the shipping date and we try to provide tracking numbers for your convenience.
Returns - Because most of the services on this site are custom-made for you and delivered by email (such as psychic readings or spell castings)
"ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED!"
Love Spell Kits Returns - if you ordered a love spell kit and it is defective, please email us at returns department and we will tell you how to proceed (i.e. sending the defective item back to us and we will ship a new one to you). If you made a mistake when ordering a love spell kit, (i.e. ordered the wrong one), simply email us, let us know which one you desire instead, and send yours back to us. We will ship a replacement immediately.
